About the Doctor
With more than three decades of experience, Dr. Marcelo Daher has established himself as a prominent surgeon in the field of plastic surgery. A graduate of Faculdade Nacional de Medicina in Rio de Janeiro, Dr. Daher completed post-graduate work at Pontifícia Universidade Católica under the guidance of world-renowned plastic surgeon Ivo Pitanguy. Dr. Daher is currently Chief of Service and regent in the Department of Plastic Surgery at the Hospital da Lagoa in Rio de Janeiro. He is also director of the Brazilian College of Surgeons' Plastic Surgery Division.
Dr. Daher is highly experienced in performing many types of cosmetic surgery procedures for the face and body. Dr. Daher's specialties include the face and nose, and he has developed and presented extensively on techniques for achieving a more natural, less "stretched" look in facial procedures.
In addition to his prestigious training and extensive professional accomplishments, Dr. Daher is known for providing patient care of only the highest standard.
